Windermere Real Estate and the University of Washington are excited to host crews from Russia, Stanford University, Cambridge University, and the University of San Diego as the challengers this year’s Windermere Cup. The regatta is held as part of Seattle’s Opening Day of Boating Season and is followed by the Seattle Yacht Club’s Opening Day Boat Parade. This year’s regatta will include 21 races featuring athletes ages 14-70. More than 800 rowers earn a spot to compete in this prestigious event, which culminates with the women’s and men’s Windermere Cup races.

April 12, 2016 the World Trade Center Seattle held a member reception celebrating The Boeing Company and featuring Bill McSherry, Vice President of Government Operations and Global Corporate Citizenship. William Boeing founded the company in Seattle in 1916, and during the 100 years since, the world’s largest aerospace company has been making the impossible, possible. The evening was hosted by WTCS Board of Governors Co-Chairs Brad Tilden, CEO, Alaska Air Group; Ted Fick, CEO, Port of Seattle; and Stein Kruse, CEO, Holland America Group.
